Vignes Dieu

Coteau Blanc

Grape Varierty: 
•100% Chardonnay (sélection massale planted in 1968)

Terroir: 

•Coulommes-la-Montagne, the western part of the Montagne de Reims.
•Type of soil: siliceous and calcareous sands. South East exposure slope.

Vinification

•Direct pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maturation on the full lees, 10 month in oak barrels. No sulfite added, no filtration.

Chamery Rouge

Grape Variety: 
•100% Pinot Noir

Terroir: 

•Chamery, the western part of the Montagne de Reims.
•Type of soil:  calcareous clay

Vinification

•Direct pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maturation on the full lees, 10 month in oak barrels. No sulfite added, no filtration.

Petit Meslier

Coteau Blanc

Grape Variety: 
•100% Petit Meslier

Terroir: 

Vrigny (western part of the Montagne de Reims)
•Type of soil: silty/clay soil on chalky subsoil

Vinification

Skin contact for 2 days, pressing and fermentation in oak barrels followed by a maturation on full lees, 10 month in barrels. Indigenous yeasts. No sulfite added, no filtration.
