The elaboration of this champagne follows one principle: reaching the balance between elegance and fruitiness, youth and maturity.
For this purpose we have developed a special winemaking, using both maceration and blending technique for its elaboration.
After a minimal aging of 4 years in the cellars, vinous and spicy notes melt with very fleshy expression of Chamery’s pinot noir.
To be served with fine charcuterie (jamon bellota), steamed mussels or a red fruit and dark chocolate based dessert
