Rosé Extra Brut

The elaboration of this champagne follows one principle: reaching the balance between elegance and fruitiness, youth and maturity.

For this purpose we have developed a special winemaking, using both maceration and blending technique for its elaboration.

After a minimal aging of 4 years in the cellars, vinous and spicy notes melt with very fleshy expression of Chamery’s pinot noir.

To be served with fine charcuterie (jamon bellota), steamed mussels or a red fruit and dark chocolate based dessert

Blending :

  • 40% pinot noir, 35% Meunier, 25% Chardonnay
  • 8 to 10 % of our red wine (Chamery rouge, pure Pinot Noir)
  • 30% of reserve wines (perpetual blending) from the precedent harvests


  • Chamery, Vrigny et Coulommes la montagne
  • Various type of soil: siliceous and calcareous sands, silty soil on chalky subsoil, calcareous clay soil with millstone fragments

Vinification :

  • Aging on lies of 7 month before blending with the reserve wine
  • Red wine made in 400L oak barrels
  • Aging in bottle of 4 years

Dosage : 

  •  3 g/l, traditional liqueur
