n the heart of the Montagne de Reims region, Champagne Bonnet-Ponson embodies the soul of its terroir. Here, the wine’s beauty stems from its purity:
we have chosen to work without additives, with deep respect for the raw material, so that the grapes can fully express themselves.

Each vintage thus becomes much more than just a wine: it is an invitation to taste a place—where geology meets climate—and to discover the authentic expression of a terroir.
The wine then becomes a vehicle for emotions, accurately revealing and enhancing the winemaker’s craftsmanship.

E

n the cellar, our approach aims to reveal the true identity of our terroirs with the utmost precision, in the purest and most direct way possible. We choose to work exclusively with indigenous yeasts to guide the wine through a natural development process that remains true to its origins. Vinification is carried out patiently and gently, with aging on full lees for 9 to 10 months, imparting depth and balance. Additives are kept to an absolute minimum, with the occasional addition of a microdose of sulfur when necessary. In keeping with this philosophy, we strive to produce authentic Champagne wines; dosage thus becomes superfluous, even disruptive, as it could alter the sincere and precise expression of the terroir.
